Michiko Diby Joins Crowd Fusion as Director of Process Management

Jun 07, 2011 – NEW YORK — Crowd Fusion, the cloud-based web content management platform, today announced that Michiko Diby has joined the company in the newly created role of Director of Process Management. Reporting to Crowd Fusion COO Craig Wood, Diby will concentrate on increasing Crowd Fusion's ability to streamline and optimize management and operational processes.

Diby, a Project Management Professional (PMP), has more than 15 years experience in IT Project and Process Management. She has led a variety of successful ERP requirement and project efforts in the sectors of business analytics, reporting and intelligence, project portfolio management, e-commerce, content management, decision management, customer relationship management (CRM), corporate finance, servicing, inventory and asset management for large organizations including T.Rowe Price, Fannie Mae, Citifinancial, the United States Army and HUD.
Diby's popular blog, Kosmothink (formerly named Preventing Project Failure), is one of the Project and Portfolio Management's top 100 Project Management blogs and has been featured as a TechRepublic CIO Sanity Saver. Diby has been quoted in PM Network, the Project Management's Institute's monthly magazine serving over 400,000 members. Diby also serves as a Focus community Project and Process Management Expert. She is a member of the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP), the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), the Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association (AFCEA), a signer of the Agile Manifesto and a leader in her local chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Diby has an MS in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a BA in Government from the University of Maryland, College Park.
