Crowd Fusion Announces Barry Graubart as VP of Customer Development

Jun 07, 2011 – NEW YORK Crowd Fusion, the "publish everywhere" platform that powers sites like TMZ, Tecca and News Corp's tablet app The Daily, today announced that digital media thought leader Barry Graubart will join the company as Vice President of Customer Development. In this newly-created role, Graubart will lead Crowd Fusion's expansion further into digital media and brand marketing.

"We've had explosive growth this year -- tripling the size of our team as we serve more than 50 million unique visitors -- and we're only moving faster going forward," said Crowd Fusion CEO Brian Alvey. "Barry's deep knowledge of publishing, technology and digital content combined with his industry relationships are a great complement to our fast-moving product and platform teams." 

Graubart has more than 20 years experience opening markets in the content and technology industries. He most recently served as Vice President, Product Strategy & Business Development for Alacra. Prior to Alacra, he served in various product, business development and sales and marketing roles with ClearForest, Nelson Information, Leadership Directories and divisions of the Washington Post/Kaplan and McClatchy Newspapers. Graubart founded the Content Matters blog and serves as vice chairman of the content division of the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA).
